Project Management Hybrid Solar System Crete
General
This page outlines the terms and conditions which apply to our Project Management Agreement with a Customer in Apokoronas, Crete. Unless otherwise specified, Mr Richard Warren (RW) will represent Power Comms and provide the Project Management Service (PMS) to the Customer.
- It is advised that the Customer should only complete this Form when sufficient funds are available to purchase the necessary equipment.
- This Agreement comes into effect only when the customer has both completed the Form attached and the payment of 50% of the agreed PMS Fee as stated in the Solar Survey has been received.
- Any PMS requires an initial Solar Survey to have been completed to determine the suitability of the property (the Property) surveyed.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the PMS will apply only to the Property address given by the customer.
- Both Parties have the right to terminate the PMS under certain conditions as listed below.
Power Comms Undertakes to:
- Confirm the size of the proposed Hybrid Solar Sytem in terms of the agreed Solar Power Output required at the Property
- Provide a detailed list of all PV (Photo Voltaic) equipment including cost per item needed to complete the system, and to be delivered where possible directly to the Customer Property
- Provide the required information in order for the Customer to directly purchase the equipment as specified
- Source the services of a local electrician if required
- Source the services of local installer(s) for the solar panels as required. (Roof installations may well require additional resources)
- Supervise all work, and design, build, and install the PV electrical circuit required.
- Make visits to the Property as deemed necessary and to be available to the customer by email, messenger or phone for any specific issues that may arise.
The Customer Undertakes to:
- Arrange immediate payment to RW in a manner to be advised for 50% of the agreed PMS Fee normally specified in the Solar Survey.
- Accept the recommendations made with regard to the choice of Solar PV equipment.
- Order and pay for all PV equipment that will subsequently be specified including delivery charges where applicable. (Delivery should normally be directly to the Property)
- Make Payments as previously may have been agreed to any third party electrician or installer(s) that may be required by RW to complete the system.
- Liaise with and advise RW on expected delivery dates for the equipment.
- Inform RW of suitable dates and times for installation work at the Property.
- Make the final payment of the PMS Fee due under the Agreement within seven days of completion of the Project

Termination Rights - Power Comms
Power Comms may terminate the Agreement without penalty if:
- The Customer does not accept all or some of the recommendations for PV equipment purchase for whatever reason.
- Communication is lost with the Customer
- The Customer is not able or willing to make payment for the equipment or labour costs agreed (In this situation, it may be possible to proceed with a smaller or different system if appropriate)
- The Customer requests the Agreement be terminated for reasons acceptable to Power Comms.
Termination Rights - Customer
The Customer may terminate the Agreement if:
- RW becomes incapacitated or unable to continue through sickness or other emergency and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.
- Communication with Power Comms is lost
- Reasonable requests for information are not responded to.
- The system as promised cannot be completed for any reason within a time period of one month after delivery of the equipment specified.
- The total cost exceeds the agreed estimate by more than 25% and where the output power of the proposed system is unchanged.
